What can I say? David Hockney makes me so happy! He is an inspiration to all of us who make art and who love art.

Instead of being safe and sticking to one medium, he has continuously experimented with painting, watercolor, print, photography, collage, digital art, stage design, etc. And to top it off, he’s 84 and still going strong!

There are several really good documentaries on Hockney and I particularly like the one where he just drives around Los Angeles talking about what inspires him.
